Description
1. Sublimation heat transfer is that the sublimation inks are infiltrated into the sublimation surface under high temperature to form the colorful pattern on the paper. Therefore, the sublimation pattern is durable and anti-faded. Please note that sublimation heat transfer is to transfer the figures, landscape, words onto the materials surface after mirror printing on sublimation inkjet paper by sublimation inks. And the sublimation inks are infiltrated into the materials under 200℃, as a result, colorful pattern on textile, ceramic mugs, ceramic plate or metal materials.
2. Sublimation heat transfer paper is to transfer pattern printed by special sublimation inks under high temperature and pressure. Transfer printing is a printing process that dyes on transfer paper are transferred to the textiles. Its working principle is according to the sublimation characteristics of disperse dyes. At temperature 150~230°C, disperse dyes are combined with some ingredients to make inks, and then according to different designed pattern, sublimation inks are printed on a special transfer paper, and finally, under high temperature, pressure and time, sublimation inks infiltrated into the materials and the printing products are finished.
